No. RodaroadForm works 100% in the browser, with no installation or downloads. You only need to open the app on your phone, tablet or computer.
Form data is saved automatically in your own browser, so nothing is lost if you reload the page. Photos are also stored locally.
Once the data is complete, preview the sheet organised by section and press «Download PDF». The document is generated in A4 format with your branding, trip data, stops, refuels, incidents and attached documents.
The app has a dedicated trailer-change section where you record the driver, the location, the new plate, the client, the km and the arrival and departure times.
Yes, you can record up to two refuels per trip, with Diesel A, Diesel B, Gas (kg), AdBlue, kilometres and the trailer plate when needed.
Yes. You can attach photos of receipts, delivery notes and documents from your phone or computer: pick from your gallery, your files or take a photo with the camera. They are stored in your browser and included as annexes in the PDF, one image per page.
Yes. On each route sheet you can choose the country of your shift from a dropdown with the 27 European Union countries. That country is recorded in the Trip section of the PDF.
No. RodaroadForm runs straight in the browser with no downloads or accounts. That said, to open it every day with a single tap, add it to your phone's home screen: on iPhone (Safari), Share button → «Add to Home Screen»; on Android (Chrome), ⋮ menu → «Add to Home Screen». It will open full screen, just like any other app.
Yes, that is the way it was designed to work: record each stop, refuel or change when it happens and the form saves itself in your browser. You can close the page and continue later: the data stays there until you download the PDF, at which point everything resets for the next shift.
Nothing, for now. During the beta it is completely free and without sign-up: full access to every feature. When we launch paid plans for companies, early users will get special conditions.
